Future Plumbing and Piping Incorporated has been dedicated to servicing the needs of Massachusetts business and home owners since 2002. As the company owner and operator, I believe in small business, and treat every customer with the same respect, regardless of how large or small the job.
I believe in impeccable work at a fair price, achieved through higher quality products at a better cost, and going beyond what is expected to make my customers happy.
I stand behind every job, relying on my satisfied customers to promote me through word of mouth advertising and realizing that without my customers Future Plumbing and Piping, Inc. would not be where it is today.
My name is Andrew Renzoni and I am the President and Treasurer of Future Plumbing & Piping, Incorporated based out of Holden, MA. I was born and raised in Worcester, MA and relocated to Holden at the age of 27. I graduated from Worcester Vocational High School in 1995 where I majored in plumbing. During this time, I was a member of the National Honor Society and also achieved the rank of Eagle Scout through the Boy Scouts of America.
I started working at the age of 12 and at the age of 14 took my first "real job" in a local bookstore warehouse where I worked throughout high school. I began working in the plumbing trade on weekends for my uncle's plumbing company, Future Plumbing & Heating, Incorporated. Right after graduation, I began my full time career in plumbing working for Future Plumbing & Heating, Inc.
During my six years employed there, we had a vast range of customers including the City of Worcester Municipal buildings and Departments, the Worcester Vocational School System, Worcester Police and Fire Departments, Worcester Library System, various landlords owning multiple income buildings, many small commercial buildings and many loyal residential customers.
Having such a diverse client base taught me the importance of flexibility in handling situations in the field and has allowed me to add to my skill set to understand all types of plumbing systems, those from 100 years ago to the newest technology available today.
Working for a small company taught me about the many aspects of running a successful business; handling large and small accounts, budgeting time and money, and putting the customer's needs above all else were indispensable to Future Plumbing and still are at Future Plumbing and Piping, Inc. After 3 years of working for my uncle, he fell ill and I assumed all responsibilities in managing the 15 year old company.
At the age of twenty, I continued to run the company successfully until my uncles passing two years later at which time the decision was made to close his company of almost twenty years. I continued work in plumbing, and after two years of "side work", I had a solid client base and moved forward to start my own plumbing company.
In 2002, I established Future Plumbing & Heating, in honor of my uncle. It was a tough road full of hard work and learning from then until now. Over the last 15 years, I gradually grew my business from the ground up, taking advantage of everything I had learned in my career and new opportunities such as BNI (Business Networking International). I have been fortunate to expand the business using mostly word of mouth advertising.
Now as a Master plumber I have incorporated my business and am president and treasurer of Future Plumbing & Piping Inc. The company's client base consists primarily of scientific laboratories, health care facilities, research and development facilities, process and fabrication facilities, educational facilities, restaurants and pubs, retail stores, various commercial and industrial buildings, landlords, and faithful residential customers. We believe in small business, and the people of the state have shown their support for the company through word of mouth referrals.
The company has traveled and worked all over the state of Massachusetts, never forgetting to put the needs of the customers first...

“When I first moved into my home I needed a plumber to come by and check out antiquated pipes in the house. He went through giving me options and timelines for projects. He really took time going through what should be changed right away and what could wait. He also pointed out that the town water line coming into my home needed to be replaced before it burst. Getting the heads up on that saved me a lot of times and a huge amount of money.”
